Return Policy

All products are guaranteed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy. If you’re not pleased with your merchandise for any reason, you can return the unused product to us within 30 days of your purchase for Store Credit for 100 percent of the value of your purchase.

What if I got a FREE Product with my purchase?
If you took advantage of a promotional offer that got you a free product on your order, you MUST return the free merchandise too. If you choose to keep the free solution, we’ll deduct the retail cost of it from your credit amount.

RETURN ABUSE Prevention Policy:
To be able to stop Habitual “buy and return” behaviour, we don’t honor return requests by customers who have purchased the exact same product from the past and returned it. Any purchase of a product that’s been previously returned for a charge is deemed away from the return policy and won’t be credited under any conditions.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis. Shipping charges are non refundable. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. We utilize the US Postal Service for all shipments, and their DOMESTIC delivery time is 3-7 days depending upon your location in the nation.
